Masz racje, umiem to wyszukać. Problem jest tego typu, wole polegać na wiedzy użytkowników tego forum niż na pierwszej lepszej stronie z Gogola. Szef wie o moim poziomie wiedzy, ale chce mi dać szanse- czy to żle, że się zapytałem o tak banalną dla Ciebie sprawę ?. Mamy sprzęt Cisco z różnych firm, więc wole mieć pewność, że robie coś dobrze i nie stracę pracy, bo zostawię jakieś nieskasowane informacje.Oceniaj mnie jak chcesz, masz do tego prawo.Dla twojej informacji powiem, że jestem na 1 semestrze kursu przygotowującego do certyfikatu CCNA - także robie coś, co poszerzy moją wiedzę

GDYBYŚ !!! skorzystał z google, to wiedziałbyś, że:
1. nie ma jednej wspólnej metody dla wszystkich urządzeń Cisco
2. korzystając z instrukcji na cisco.com korzystasz z najlepszych dostępnych dokumentacji stworzonych do tego celu
3. ludzie na tym forum też czerpią swoją wiedzę z dokumentacji na cisco.com
4. to forum ma archiwum

haha można i tak to nazwać. Właśnie próbuje zresetować ruter serii 1941 mam jeszcze w domu model 1841 i switche 2950 i 3550. Inne modele będę musiał sprawdzać na stronie Cisco w pracy na bieżąco. Jaką komendą byś zweryfikował, czy urządzenie zostało pomyślnie zresetowane?

Sprawdź:
sh run < powinien Ci zwrócić jedynie defaultowe wartości, możesz zawsze to zweryfikować z poprzednią konfiguracją
i na switchach sprawdź czy vlan.dat jest wyczyszczony

Dzięki za podpowiedz sprawdzałem też sh version <
Łatwo jest przyklepać Łatkę lenia, ale jak ma się 4-miesięczne dziecko i pojawia się nowe wyzwanie w pracy- tylko i wyłącznie resetowanie sprzętu- to zależy mi tylko na czasie, bo mam go ilość limitowaną.

Co do plików to zweryfikuj ich zawartość, jak dla mnie to tutaj jest całkiem sporo backupowych konfiguracji

Dla sprzętów, których modele podałeś jest jeden banalny sposób na sprawdzenie, czy masz czystą konfigurację. Po reloadzie albo włączeniu urządzenia, jak już przelecą wszystkie komunikaty bootowania pojawia się komunikat w stylu:
Would you like to enter initial configuration? [yes/no]
I czeka co naciśniesz. To oznacza, że sprzęt ma defaultową konfigurację. Na routerach to wszystko, a na switchu dodatkowo nie powinno być na flashu pliku vlan.dat, bo jest to baza vlanów utrzymywana niezależenie od konfiguracji bieżącej/startowej. Z listy plików, którą podałeś powyżej ja bym wywalił to:
