The reason I am contacting you is to bring your attention to a 1st line support Cisco role that I though you would be interested in.
The role entails 1st Line Cisco Helpdesk over the telephone as well as hands on support on Cisco kit.
Tasks include:
Monitoring networks
Troubleshooting Cisco kit
Alarms
Customer interfacing skills
You will need at least 1 years experience in a technical support environment including Cisco skills. A CCNA would be of benefit.
