Role and Responsibilities:
Working on premises at customer site; Holistic planning, preparation and control of the implementation of complex changes in close consultation with representatives of customers.
Ensuring the correct adherence to agreed transition and operation processes (Incident, Change & Release Management), responsible for the full implementation of all corrective measures in these processes.
Support / escalation management for critical incidents.
To update and maintain all documentation relating to change requests.
To produce reports on activity when required.
Requirements:
CCNP Voice Certified
LYNC certified would be a "nice to have"
Strong, assertive personality capable to deal with the challenges imposed by complex organizational structures.
Tenacity and persistence.
Language skills: English (fluent written and verbal)
Abilities:
Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks.
Ability to handle escalations calmly and competently.
