Job Description
Network Operator with French/ German/ English (NOC) is a part of Network, Data Center and Communication Services organization (NDCS). Team is a single point of contact for all network, security and communication issues for internal and external support teams. NOC is supporting worldwide infrastructure of more than 300 of Atos’ clients.
Network Operator is providing daily operational support for our clients’ network, security and communication infrastructure. Main duties consist of:
- performing diagnosis on incidents
- implementing standard changes to the environment
- communicating with internal and external technical counterparts
- management of system performance, capacity, service quality
