JOB OFFER: Engineer-Customer Support
Krakow
B2B: 12 000 - 15 000 pln +VAT
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide triage and troubleshooting support including hardware, operating system and virtualization.
- Work during European business hours on weekdays. It will be required to work during the weekend on about 2 days per month.
Technical skills:
- Experience with data centre switching
- Knowledge of virtualization tools and concepts (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Linux
- Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) is an advantage
- Experience with Cisco Nexus switches is an advantage
Soft skills:
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Good performance under pressure and in a disruptive environment, where the priority can change in response to customer demand
- Prior customer support experience is an asset
- Passionate about learning new technologies
Industry or Sector Experience:
• Prior experience in a technical support capacity (advantageous).
• Prior experience of high-level technical problem solving (essential)
Min. 3 years of experience are required.
