Cyber Security Directory Operations Advisor

Reporting to: EMC Transition Manager

Key responsibilities:

This position is available as part of the endpoint security team under Cyber Security Infrastructure team. Candidate must have experience supporting, building & deploying directory services security solutions. Work as part of an exciting team of endpoint engineers that support large scale active directory implementations. Develop solutions and create technical documentation and system administration and troubleshooting. Provide technical support for Dell's Active Directory environment through:
• Managing Active Directory Incidents and requests
• Maintaining and monitoring the Active Directory infrastructure
• Patching of Active Directory environment
• Administrating Windows Server 2008/R2 and 2012/R2
• Managing Group Policy Objects and User Profile Management
• Work effectively with other IT teams as necessary to support the Active Directory environment
• Understanding of: Active Directory (AD) Attributes, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, Group Policy Object Configuration & Item-Level Targeting, and Workstation Configurations

Essential requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 2 years proven knowledge and experience managing a large (50,000+ Object) Active Directory 2008 R2 Forest
• Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Group Policy on local workstations and servers
• Creation of Domain Controllers (2008R2/2012 R2)
• Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure environment, including managing internal and external certs
• Use of monitoring tools (SCOM and Quest) and Active Directory backup tools
• Very good English knowledge

Desirable requirements:
• Understanding and troubleshooting of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol in applications
• PowerShell scripts for process automation
• Security certification is preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GPEN)
• ITIL Certification


Security Information Management Advisor (SIM Advisor)

Reporting to: Manager 2, Cyber Security

Key responsibilities:

The SIM Analysis Advisor serves as operational engineer for the technologies that the Security Information Management area of corporate Cybersecurity support. Ensures that all system components are maintained, updated, monitored, accessible, and available according to Cybersecurity standards; while partnering with other engineers in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of diverse solutions. Other key responsibilities include:
• Interface with cybersecurity engineers, governance, auditors and IT teams to assist in gaining an understanding of existing technical controls and how these support Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) predefined requirements
• Support implementation of monitors, technical controls, and other requirements based on cybersecurity standards and policies
• Assist and perform testing of implemented controls, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of changes following Dell’s change and release management process
• Primarily responsible for providing operations management of the File Integrity Monitoring Service (FIM), McAfee Change Control, or Imperva SecureSphere Database Monitoring systems
• Serve as operations subject matter expert for assigned technologies, lead root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and service restoration procedures
• Manage the infrastructure and software lifecycles; including setup, maintenance, end-of-life retirements, replacements, and upgrades
• Deploy and administer all maintenance patches and hotfixes as recommended by engineering; ensuring that all managed systems adhere to Cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or 3 years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurity
• Administration of McAfee Change Control, FIM administration, Imperva SecureSphere Database Monitoring or similar compliance-related applications
• Incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL-based is preferred)
• Linux and Windows Administration; Database administration
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals, MQ, SFTP, SSL
• Technical writing experience on diagrams, procedures, and standards
• Very good English knowledge

Desirable requirements:
• Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISA/PCIP, COBIT and ITIL
• Experience managing McAfee Change Control products in a large scale enterprise environment
• The ideal candidate possesses experience managing large scale enterprise environments and has expertise in all aspects of system management, policy design, and security service delivery
• A strong technical background with multiple IT disciplines and knowledge of current cybersecurity challenges and best practices is also a plus


Security Analysis Advisor

Key responsibilities:

This position is available as part of the endpoint security team under Cyber Security Infrastructure team. Candidate must have experience supporting, building & deploying endpoint security solutions.
• Research various security incidents, their cause and effects. Work with Service Desk, Desktop Support, Server, Information Security and Network Operations team members as appropriate to troubleshoot, resolve and document specific internal incidents within established SLA's.
• Perform vulnerability management activities (identify, prioritize, plan, mitigate) using data derived from vulnerability assessment tools, in-house penetration testing, third party penetration test and audit results.
• Support audit and compliance activities by providing acceptable evidence of infrastructure controls and supporting information to auditors.
• Perform current state assessment, ongoing measurement, and continuous improvement of key security controls for all endpoint devices.
• Propose metrics and reporting structure demonstrating ongoing progress towards improvement goals and objectives. Perform routine analysis and reconciliation of inventory.
• Develop configuration standards
• Fulfil service requests

Essential requirements:
• Experience in operations/support in of Disk/File & Folder Encryption technologies
• Experience in encryption related technology (SSL, full disk encryption) Firewalls, Anti-virus, Content Filtering, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, and Email
• 2+ years of experience with information assurance or Cybersecurity, must have at least 5 years of Desktop Engineering experience, BA or BS degree in CS, Information Systems, or a related field
• Must be proficient with Active Directory (Users, Group Policies, Permissions)
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating System including windows 7/10 & VMware is a plus, Experience working with Active Directory, MS Office, Office 365, Windows and Mac environments
• Must have at least 3 years of SCCM experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Polish, problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce usable and maintainable documentation
