Czy to może być przyczyną dropów?

Wiem, że w statystykach nie ma dropów, ale to mi się nie do końca podoba.

hehe troszkę nie ta seria:D
tutaj mam 2960X albo 2960S

i jest opis do invalid frames, a ja mam valid frames ale, że za duża jest:p

Cos nadaje Jumbo Frames? Ale dropów nie masz.

najciekawsze, że to wygląda tak jakby sam przełącznik to robił, bo na żadnym porcie access tego nie ma..:/

A co to za interface trunk czy access?

Bo jesli to trunk to dot1q dodaje extra 4 bytes. Nastepnie do tego dodaj sobie 6 bytes Dest MAC, 6 bytes Src MAC, 2 bytes Len/Type oraz 4 bytes dla CRS. W takim przypadku ramka bedzie miala 1522 bytes przy zalozeniu, ze MTU dla L3 jest 1500. Taka ramka po przekroczeniu 1518 bytes jest liczona jako baby giant pewnie dlatego widzisz to jako Valid frames, too large

Cisco mowi
Standard Ethernet frame MTU is 1500 bytes. This does not include the Ethernet header and Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) trailer, which is 18 bytes in length, to make the total Ethernet frame size of 1518. Baby giant frames refer to Ethernet frame size up to 1600 bytes
