C2960 - problem z portami

Witam

Posiadam WS-C2960S-48TS-L z softem w wersji 12.2(55)SE8, image C2960S-UNIVERSALK9-M.
Średnio co kilka dni, switch samoczynnie zamyka port 23 i 443 (nmap pokazuje filtered), po czym po ręcznym restarcie urządzenia, porty te są z powrotem otwarte i przez telnet bez problemu można dostać się na urządzenie. Ponadto zauważyłem od jakiegoś czasu znaczny spadek wydajności w przełączaniu pakietów.

Czy upgrade oprogramowania powinien pomóc w tym przypadku, czy też raczej jest to oznaka uszkodzonego hardware?
Dodam, że drugie - identyczne urządzenie z tym samym softem działa bez zarzutu.

Czy masz mozliwosc podlaczenia sie przez konsole w momencie gdy nie da sie przez ssh?
Jeden konfig wart więcej niż tysiąc słów

Czy tylko zarzadzalnosc Ci umiera? Czy sprawdziles status EtherChanneli i STP? Co pokazuja logi? Ten drugi (taki sam) switch ma taka sama konfiguracje?

To co napisales o spadku wydajnosci w polaczeniu z faktem utraty komunikacji ze switchem - czy da sie te fakty jakkolwiek skorelowac ze soba w czasie?

Poszukaj w necie komend diagnostyki pamięci, jakie procesy działają, który najwięcej zżera. Miałem kiedyć podobną sytuację na 3560, który był również serwerem DHCP i okazało się, że była masa zapytań do niego i proces DHCP zżerał pamięć. Oczywiście nie sugeruję, że u Ciebie też proces DHCP zżera, ale mi się udało to wyśledzić komendami typu "sh proc cpu" - znajdziesz wiele spokojnie na necie.

Natomiast oczywiście aktualizacja softu też może rozwiązać ten problem, jeśli wysycenie pamięci jest spowodowane jakimś bug'iem. Jeśli nie chce Ci się na razie drążyć tematu to zacznij od tego, a potem zobaczysz czy problem powróci.
