Nie jestem pewien czy do konca sie rozumiemy, bo gdy pytam o pingowanie lokalnego interfejsu PIXa, wspominasz o hoscie, ktory jest za PIXem...

Z hosta 10.0.0.2 powinienes pingowac PIX 10.0.0.1
Z hosta 192.168.1.1 powininenes pingowac PIX 192.168.1.2
Czyli w obu przypadkach lokalne interfejsy. Jesli to zadziala (i tylko wtedy), mozesz zaczac testy z ruchem przechodzacym przez PIX, np. z hosta 10.0.0.2 do hosta 192.168.1.1. Przy zalozeniu, ze uzywasz translacji jak na listingu, to na 10.0.0.2 musisz miec routing do sieci 192.168.1.0/24 albo default wskazujacy na PXa 10.0.0.1; host 192.168.1.1 nie wymaga routingu spowrotem do 10.0.0.0/24, bo jest zastosowany PAT.

Dodam ze ta konfiguracje testuje na dwoch roznych pixach (Soft jest ten sam, wersja 6.3) efekt jest ten sam.
No niby wszystko wyglada ok... Nie masz przypadkiem zamienionego inside z outside? No offence oczywiscie, ale jak wszystko wydaje sie, ze powinno dzialac, to najczesciej okazuje sie, ze to wlasnie cos tak trywialnego jest powodem.
