problem z upgrading 7941

Witam.
Mam problem z ożywieniem telefonu, zrobiłem factory reset, pliki z firmware są na tftp, po włączeniu telefonu wyświetla się tableka z napisem upgrading po chwili dostaje adres i na dole wyświetla się komunikat term41.default, a z boku ok, telefon się restartuje i tak cały czas, nie wiem co robię źle, dodam, że z voipem wcześniej nie miałem doczynienia.
Proszę o pomoc.

Jeżeli jest to CME to użyj komendy "debug tftp events". Sprawdź czy wszystkie pliki, które potrzebuje telefon są na TFTP.

niestety nic się nie wyświetla

Wygląda na to, że opcja 150 nie jest skonfigurowana na serwerze DHCP i telefon nie wie jaki jest adres serwera TFTP.

ale jak włącze Cisco IP Communicator to się rejestruje i jest ok

IP Communicator używa TFTP-a wpisanego z ręki. Możesz wkleić konfiguracje?
