E1 problem.

Witam
Mam do Was pytanie, mamy kilka interfejsow E1 od jednego operatora z dwoch roznych zrodel. W sumie tych E1 jest 7 szt.
Problem mamy takie ze na 6 jest masa bledow typu CRC i inpute error:

Operator testuje wychodzi ze to nasz sprzet po jego petli zrobionej na interfejsie bledy narastaja (router, karty wic), sami pozniej robimy petle na interfejsie wychodzi ze u nas jednak bledów nie ma.
Macie moze jakis pomysl co to moze byc, wymienilismy juz wic, ios, testujemy na wszystkie mozliwe sposoby.

Pokaż sh controller E1 x/x/x - cały output. Zażądaj pomiaru end-to-end na fizycznej pętli założonej na porcie modemu. Jeśli chcesz potestować samodzielnie, poproś by operator na centrali wyciągnął E1 na przełącznicę i tam założył pętlę, a Ty poobserwuj liczniki kontrolera po swojej stronie. Oczywiście wyczyść najpierw statystyki. W takich przypadkach nic nie rób na pętlach logicznych, bo one przeważnie ( zależy to od sprzętu SDH) całkowicie omijają całe sekcje LO path i działają na poziomie kontenera VC12. Swoją drogą przypuszczam, że jest jakiś problem w SDH, może być to problem z matrycą w półce. Dość często zdarza się, że matryca się podwiesi przy częstych zmianach konfiguracji i próbuje wysyłać sygnał drogą podstawową, a odbierać ze spare i są właśnie takie efekty. Przy szybkim sprawdzeniu tego nie widać bo na sprzęcie nie będzie żadnych alarmów.

Ale mowie jest o tyle dziwnie ze gdzie nie robimy tej petli sa bledy.
Wychodzi na to ze bledy sa po obu stronach E1, operator jest pewien ze to u nas jest jakis error na urzadzeniach, wpada jego inz podlacza swoj kabelek petelke i testujemy na up/up(looped). Wychodzi ze sa bledy na urzadzeniu, pomimo tego kabelka rosna errory input i CRC.
Dalej my robimy swoj kabelek i testujemy jeden po drugim i wyglada ze jest czysto, czyli zero bledow CRC jak i input error.

Witam,

W tym momencie pobierasz zegar brany pod uwage przy ramkowaniu z bacplanu.
Zmien ustawienia za pomoca network-clock-participate oraz network-clock-select tak aby zegar byl synchronizowany z E1 od operatora. Wtedy zobacz czy bledy beda dalej wystepowac.

Poprosiłem o sh controller a nie o sh interface. To w końcu przyłącze jest E1 czy V35? Bo to duża różnica.

Nieco dziwne jest użycie sygnału ramkowanego i brak CRC4. Z reguły przy ramkowanym sygnale jest używane CRC4. Sprawdziłem u siebie i nie znalazłem takiej kombinacji. Dopytaj się operatora o parametry sygnału.

Zegary na kontrolerach powinny być brane z linni, czyli w konfigu powinno znaleźć się to:
